Payment
Delivery
Delivery costs and times depend on the customer’s country.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their orders.
Returned packages (due to incorrect address, unpaid customs, etc.) will be refunded minus shipping costs.
If you abandon your shipment or fail to pay duties/taxes, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Warranty
All products are protected by a
minimum 12-month warranty, with some extending up to 24 months.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and only if the order has not been sent for processing.
Legal Notice
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be governed by Luxembourg law and handled by the competent courts of Luxembourg City.
