Terms and Conditions
All purchases from the MYLABO SARL Online Store shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions
and the applicable General Conditions of Sale and General Conditions of Service of MYLABO SARL
(collectively “General Conditions”), as defined below. In case of any discrepancy between these
Terms and Conditions and the General Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
MYLABO SARL reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify or alter these Terms and
Conditions and the General Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Payment
We offer the following payment methods:

  •  International credit cards: Visa, MasterCard
  •  Pre-payment with a bank transfer

By choosing pre-payment with a bank transfer method for paying your purchases, we will
immediately send you a proforma invoice including our banking details to the e-mail address you
have provided in your order. Please note that we will process your order only after your payment has
been received by MYLABO SARL.
Delivery
Delivery fees and terms depend on the Customer's country.
When the goods are packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification containing the tracking
information via the email address that you used when you made your purchase. It is your
responsibility to keep track of the package with the delivery confirmation number provided after the
item has shipped since you will need to schedule a re-delivery or pick up after the first missed
delivery attempt. This includes international packages and customs process. Please be advised that
any packages returned back to our facilities other than the fault of the shipping carriers (eg. Incorrect
mailing address, unpaid duties and taxes, unclaimed package, etc.) will be refunded but the shipping
charge will be deducted from the total.
Please make sure all delivery information is correct since we are unable to make changes to any
information once the order has shipped.
If you choose to abandon your shipment and/or fail to pay any duties and/or taxes assessed, you are
not entitled to a refund or replacement and any reshipment fees incurred will be at your expense.
Warranty
All Products are protected by a 12 months warranty as the standard minimum. Selected products are
being covered for up to 24 months.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and can only be processed if
your order has not yet been sent to our factory for fulfillment.
Any dispute on the part of the Client which is not settled amicably with MYLABO SARL shall be
governed by Luxembourg law and brought before the competent courts of Luxembourg-City.
